OUR STORY
A human-scale company at the heart of a dynamic group
Agistech is part of Agiscom Groupe, a group of complementary companies founded in 2006, in France by Sylvie Salinié. By bringing together Agiscom Services, Agistech, and Borne is Born, the group has focused on innovation and technical expertise. This complementarity allows us to develop a wide range of skills, from field maintenance and installation to the management of connected solutions.
All our companies are based in Meaux, France and share the same offices, HR team, and management. This organization creates a dynamic and people-oriented work environment, where employees grow together, share their expertise, and contribute to the group’s development.

With an average age of 30, we combine the experience of seasoned professionals with the energy and fresh perspective of younger talents. Event Organization
To strengthen team cohesion, we regularly organize team-building activities that allow all our employees to come together, exchange ideas, and build strong relationships in a relaxed and friendly setting.
In addition, events such as Christmas meals and festive gatherings are organized to thank our team for their hard work and dedication. These occasions help reward individual efforts and foster a strong, unified team spirit.
Onboarding Process
We are also committed to offering a smooth and welcoming integration for our new hires. During group arrivals, we host a “Unity Day” to present the company, introduce our values and teams, and ensure a smooth start for everyone.

OUR CAUSES AND COMMITMENTS
At Agistech, we firmly believe that businesses have a role to play in building a better future. That’s why we actively support causes that matter to us through meaningful and concrete initiatives.
Commitments to the Planet and Health
We are proud to support our employees’ participation in purpose-driven sporting events. For example, Agiscom has previously backed the Run For Planet race, an event dedicated to environmental protection. We also plan to fund participation in La Parisienne, a race supporting women with breast cancer, for those who wish to take part. These initiatives reflect our deep commitment to health, solidarity, and the environment.
Inclusion and Disability: Duo Day
In 2024, we took part in Duo Day, a French initiative that promotes the inclusion of people with disabilities. On this special day, we welcomed individuals to work alongside our teams, allowing them to discover our professions, exchange experiences, and encourage professional integration.
