Use of the agistech.fr website implies full and unconditional acceptance of the general terms and conditions of use described below. These terms may be modified or updated at any time; users of the agistech.fr site are therefore encouraged to consult them regularly.

The site is normally accessible to users at all times. However, Agistech may decide to interrupt access for technical maintenance and will make an effort to inform users in advance of the dates and times of the intervention.

The site agistech.fr is regularly updated by Mélik Bouakaz. Likewise, the legal notice may be modified at any time: it is binding on the user, who is encouraged to refer to it as often as possible in order to stay informed.

The website agistech.fr aims to provide information about all the company’s activities.

Any reproduction, representation, modification, publication, or adaptation of all or part of the elements of the site, regardless of the means or process used, is prohibited without prior written authorization from Agistech.

Any unauthorized use of the site or any of the elements it contains will be considered as constituting counterfeiting and prosecuted in accordance with the provisions of Articles L.335-2 and following of the French Intellectual Property Code.

6. Limitations of liability

Agistech cannot be held responsible for direct or indirect damage caused to the user’s equipment when accessing agistech.fr, whether due to the use of equipment that does not meet the specifications described in point 4, the occurrence of a bug, or incompatibility.

Agistech shall also not be liable for indirect damages (such as loss of market or opportunity) resulting from the use of the site agistech.fr.

Interactive spaces (e.g., contact form) are available to users. Agistech reserves the right to delete, without prior notice, any content posted in this area that violates applicable French legislation, especially data protection laws. If necessary, Agistech also reserves the right to take civil and/or criminal action against the user, particularly in cases involving racist, offensive, defamatory, or pornographic messages, regardless of the medium used (text, photograph, etc.).

 

7. Management of personal data

In France, personal data is notably protected by Law No. 78-87 of January 6, 1978, Law No. 2004-801 of August 6, 2004, Article L. 226-13 of the Penal Code, and the European Directive of October 24, 1995.

When using the site agistech.fr, the following data may be collected: the URL of links through which the user accessed the site agistech.fr, the user’s internet service provider, and the user’s Internet Protocol (IP) address.
